Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies
across all channels, with a strong focus on traditional media.
• Develop and execute impactful traditional media campaigns for brand awareness across TV, radio, outdoor, and other relevant channels.
• Manage media buys and execution on traditional media platforms, ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and budgets.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of traditional media campaigns, identifying key insights and optimizing media plans for maximum exposure and impact.
• Continuously monitor media trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, agencies, and platforms to secure optimal resource allocation and negotiate favorable deals.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., digital marketing, creative, brand) to ensure seamless integration and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in integrated media, with a minimum of 5 years focused on traditional media such as television, radio, and outdoor advertising.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills s Expertise:
• Proven expertise in developing and executing successful brand awareness campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, and other traditional channels.
• Strong understanding of integrated media strategies, with a deep understanding of traditional media execution.
• Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns on traditional media channels, including media buying, analysis, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with media partners and agencies.
• Proven ability to maximize brand exposure and market impact within budget and objective constraints.
• Proficiency in media planning and buying software (e.g., Mediaocean, Comscore).
• Teamwork.
